D'andre Hardy (she/her) is a dynamic keynote speaker, seasoned coach, and 24-year chronic illness thriver dedicated to empowering leaders and fostering inclusive environments. With over a decade of experience in higher education and consulting, D'andre examines the marginalized experiences of individuals with invisible illnesses, offering insights that inspire authentic leadership and drive organizational transformation. D'andre is the founder of The Seen Society, a platform dedicated to advocating for and supporting career and business women with invisible illnesses.

Grant Harris (he/him) is the founder and president of GTH Consulting, LLC, a boutique management consulting firm offering customized DEIA, organizational development, and human capital services to public and private clients. Grant is a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE®), 3X published autistic author, consultant, speaker, and corporate board member. His work helps institutions move “From Compliance to Community”™ to achieve organizational excellence while promoting neurodiversity in the workplace, from the boardroom to the mailroom.

Ellysa Smith (she/her) is the Chief Human at CuraHuman, where she fosters transformational workplace cultures by empowering individuals to embrace their whole selves. As a Choiceness Coach, Ellysa inspires leaders to unlock their potential through trust, innovation, and vulnerability. With over a decade in HR, she’s served nonprofits like Phoenix House and Teach for All, while contributing to industries like healthcare and technology. Active in her community, she advocates for disability rights and leadership development. Ellysa’s authentic coaching nurtures individuals to thrive and lead with purpose.
