Through their expertise and commitment, the Advisory Board helps drive our mission to create an inclusive and equitable environment for all members. Comprised of professionals with diverse backgrounds and extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, the board plays a crucial role in shaping the direction of DEI Hub. Members offer valuable advice on best practices, contribute to the development of initiatives, and ensure that the Hub remains a vibrant and inclusive platform for collaboration, learning, and professional development.

Betsy Bagley

Co-Founder and Director of Pulsely, formerly Vice President at Catalyst, is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in organizations. With a background in marketing research, she has collaborated with global clients across industries to develop tailored solutions. She holds degrees from Auburn University and the University of Georgia, along with credentials from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Betsy’s passion for diversity has earned her recognition, including the Texas Diversity Council’s Diversity First Award.

Lee Jourdan

Former Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Chevron where he helped elevate the C-Suite conversation and action around privilege, sharing diversity data, formal sponsorship, ‘mutual mentorship’ and more. Currently, he is a director on the boards of PROS Holdings (NYSE: PRO) and SilverBow Resources (NYSE: SBOW), and an Advisory board member at Pulsely Inc, and Inc. Compensation committee Chair. Lee has been published by The Harvard Business Review, The Washington Post and SHRM and is a highly sought after speaker on DEI and ESG.

Grant Harris

Founder of GTH Consulting, a Certified Diversity Executive (CDE), a published author, and a corporate board member. His work focuses on moving individuals and institutions from “Compliance to Community™” to achieve organizational excellence. Grant was diagnosed with autism late in life. He speaks about, writes about, and advocates for neurodiversity in the workplace, from the boardroom to the mailroom. His personal and professional journey is a testament to the unifying force of DEIA, enriching lives and creating a sense of belonging. #WeNotMe

Lahaja Furaha

Director of Diversity & Inclusion at The Washington Post, has more than 15 years of experience implementing people strategies across transportation, technology, education, non-profit, and public sectors. She previously oversaw the consulting division at Management Concepts, served as the senior organizational development consultant at The Washington Post, and director of education and community programs at The George Washington University, among other roles.

Mehul Bakrania

Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Deloitte Consulting UK, has shaped strategies for clients and internally. He guides organizations on their DEI journey through data-driven analytics and comprehensive assessments. Beyond client work, he actively contributes to global DEI dialogues, participating in forums like the Global Inclusion Council and European DEI Leaders group. His insights focus on the crucial role of C-Suite engagement, setting DEI targets, and exploring the intersection of DEI with organizational culture and leadership development.

Maryam Saif

Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at Zain Group. Qualified in Strategy Execution from Said Business School, University of Oxford and Certified in Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace. A member of both The British Psychological Society and the Association for Coaching, a Practitioner in Change Management, a Fellow of the IRP and CIPD Level 7 Coaching and Mentoring qualified, and a CIRCYOULAR Master. Currently pursuing a PhD in Applied Neuroscience with a focus on Performance. Award Winning in Diversity & Inclusion, Women in Leadership, and HR Leadership with a clear mandate to scaling internal change strategically and effectively across multiple countries.
